I am married to my beautiful wife Julie who has given me the greatest gifts I could ever receive, my two wonderful children.  I live in a great little house in a fantastic village called Frodsham in Cheshire.

I am passionate about improving quality of life, and for me that means having a sound foundation of health, happiness and energy. I have discovered some amazing tools and techniques that have had a lasting positive change in my life. I hope that my passion in these areas comes through and you are inspired to find out how happy and healthy you can be.

Over the past three years my life has taken me on an incredible journey from poor health and job dissatisfaction to where I am now. Here is a brief overview of that journey, I hope that you can relate to it in at least one way.
