PRINCIPLES

By following these guidelines and recipe guidelines you will make a shift in the way you feel and think about food.

Start to ask yourself the following questions when choosing what to eat:

  • Will this clog me or cleanse me?

  • Will this give me energy or take it away?

Give yourself the gift of great nutrition, optimum health and energy…You’re worth it!!!!

GUIDELINES

  • Eat when your hungry, stop eating when you’re full, chew your food at least 20 times

  • Stick to salads, fresh vegetables and healthy nuts and oils.  Try to consume plenty of raw foods and at least 2-3 litres of clean, pure water daily.

  • Steer clear of fatty meats, dairy, cheese, sweets, chocolates, alcohol and tobacco.  Packaged foods are often full of hidden offenders and microwaved meals are full of sugars and salts.  Over cooking also removes all of the nutrition from a meal!

  • Try to choose organic products where possible

  • Find a balance aim for 70 – 80% of the right foods

  • Consider including supplements into your daily programme, i.e:

  • Multi Vitamin and Multi Vitamin

  • Vitamin C

  • Udo’s Oil
